The food sucked I order me a 4 piece plate and a 3 piece plate for my mom chicken was cold and dry and the biscuits were hard as a rock almost chipped my tooth from bitting into one this place used to have fresh chicken don't know what happened to it and we didn't go late either we were there at 545 that evening you would think the chicken would be fresh but no luck last time we eat here I would much rather have a chicken valley of grease from church's than to have old dried out chicken and rocks for biscuits

I'm giving three stars only because the other two items ordered were of decent quality. My 3 piece Neal however, was sorely lacking. As shown in the photo. Where is the crispy outside? These are scraps, not chicken worth the price paid. That is straight from the soggy box to a plate, so I hadn't had a bite yet. I went there because it was recommended as better than the other closed location, so far, I'm not at all impressed.

Ordered all fine. Wait like 15 min. Asked about my order and they told me they didn’t have breast pieces. Requested my money back and they returned. But my 40.77 will be back in my acc in 3 business days.
Are you kidding me?
Now we have no money to have food today.

Its always a 10min+ wait here, it never fails.. We can place our order with no one in line. When we drive to the window, we are asked to pay and then to move our Vehicle forward. This location really needs to be under new management… Its ridiculous!!!! In the 1st photo, i was told to reverse my car because they made the other vehicle move forward. 2nd photo we moved forward and continued to wait even longer.

We always get church's chicken but we decided to give KFC a try, NEVER again!!! While the sides were okay the chicken was nasty! Under cooked, not crispy at all, the breading was so soggy that wouldn't even stay on the chicken. We also bought a 3 piece meal (pic not included) and oh man that was a sad meal, the pieces were tiny, slim and dry. I think all 3 pieces together would make a regular chicken strip from any other place.

Small portions, bad deals. Small portions: just look at the picture. Bad deals: 3 pc chicken combo meal includes two thighs and a tiny wing. If you want breast part? Shell out another dollar. About 9 bucks and to top it off you get that 3 pc meal 'combo' without a cookie.

I showed up at around 8pm and the lady at the drive thru literally said on the intercom “we don’t have any chicken and we aren’t going to make another batch” no “welcome to KFC” or a “hello” mind you, they close at 10! They still had plenty of time to make some chicken! I’ve tried so hard to give them a chance and every time I go the service is horrible or they get my order wrong. They need better training! These people do not want to work! Saddening.
