Las Margaritas

I hadn't been here in a couple years or so. It Was always very good. Today's lunch was 😖 Awful !! My cheese Enchiladas were horrible. Looks like they Used wrong cheese it was hard & tasted horrible, rice looked like yesterday's rice dark orange. Beans tasted ok. My friends shrimp soup was also No good. She said shrimp was chewy and overcooked. Plus it was lukewarm, Not hot! Only good thing was the waitress. Very attentive. I Will never come back or recommend to anyone. Disgusting food!! No wonder it was empty during lunch hour.😡

The place is lively decorated, the staff is very friendly, portions are good and the prices are okay. The huevos rancheros are delicious for 6.99, the refried beans are cooked probably in lard which gives them a great taste, the potatoes were cooked in a tasty salsa, the bacon was cooked perfectly, if you have to choose bacon or sausage choose bacon, the sausage here is dry and doesn't have a good taste. I don't recommend the beef fajitas from here, they aren't of good quality. They get a bonus for serving you chips and salsa while you wait for the food. Overall a great place to enjoy breakfast with family in this lively place.
