I had the best experience here today. The drink and cake were delicious but also the man who served us had such a lovely manner.
Staff are lovely, feels very cosy here. Food is great, coffee is great. Nice place to sit and read
Great coffee as expected. Pleasant staff and speedy service. Plenty of seating with more upstairs if required. It has a nice atmosphere with pleasing lighting, not too bright and not too dim. Keep a hold of your receipt, it has the code to the toilet!
Neros is my favourite coffee but this place is looking a bit drab nowadays and needs a repaint etc. Staff very polite as always in Neros. Tables upstairs mostly with dirty cups etc and not cleared in the 45 mins I was there.
I was well looked after by Sophia, my luxury mince pie was delicious as well as my hot chocolate. Thanks Sophia for drinks & snacks!
