Five Guys

I hope everyone knows that you're supposed to eat the penuts given to you and traditionally discard them on the floor of the restaurant. But we're in California this has got to be the cleanest Five Guys I've ever seen. Not a single shell on the floor. And when i start to throw mine on the table, i get dirty looks.. some restaurants are best on the east coast.

Extremely thoughtful employee. My brother got a milkshake that we were planning on splitting and as he left the store I chased after him and said "you better not drink that whole milkshake." The employee at the register heard me and made a second milkshake and handed it to my father on his way out so we wouldn't have to argue. People like that man make me proud to be a human being. Over the top thoughtfulness and kindness. Please give him a raise. Also the shakes (and burgers) were amazing as always.

Friendly service. Amazing burgers, Amazing fries (I like the original kind with ketchup) and their shakes are like legitimate homemade milkshakes! Great flavorings available! The chocolate shake tastes like a hot fudge shake from DQ. Much better than the processed shakes from drive thrus. Open for walk in ordering during the pandemic!

At 4:30 this afternoon I went in to the Petaluma 5 Guys to place an order. There was only ONE employee in the Business. He was very friendly and as I could see, very overwhelmed. It took one half an hour to get my order of just two cheeseburgers. No fault of the gentleman who was the ONLY EMPLOYEE to be working. Why, if someone calls in sick, doesn't the Management have a backup plan? This poor guy was taking orders at the register, grilling burgers, attending the deep fryer for fries and assembling burgers once they were cooked. There is no excuse for not covering Personnel shortages. SIMPLY NO EXCUSE!!

The cheese burger was really good, the veggie sandwich was meh, it hardly had any flavor at all. I asked for cajun fries but they gave me the regular ones which was also a bummer. The taste of the burger is why I am giving 4 stars. During these covid19 times, I am more linient for quality of service because everybody is under pressure

Very pleasant experience here. Our burgers and fries were fresh and tasted delicious. It was an awesome juicy burger with fresh toppings after a rough workday. The tables were clean and the building followed suit. The bathroom was clean and had soap/paper towels. I would come back again in a heartbeat.
