A lovely little coffee shop and restaurant where you can sit inside or out. Table service; the staff are lovely and friendly when taking your order. Dogs are welcome outside too.
The food is wonderful, if slightly expensive but certainly filling.
We spent a quiet hour watching people jostle with the door which has a mind of its own. 😁

Called in for a bite on a trip to Perth for my YouTube channel More Than Just a Cleaner.
Very friendly, helpful staff who gave us a water bowl for the pooch.
I had the scrambled egg/smoked salmon baguette and Oldest Friend had the bacon baguette. All good 👍

Lovely outdoor as well as indoor settings with attentive wait staff on-the-go at the entrance, ready to serve customers.
We ordered a breakfast platter and an eggs Benedict together with a large Bailey's latte.
The black pudding is particularly tasty and well seasoned because I havd had pudding that was way too salty to my liking before. We also surprised to find out that Willows is also selling some popular pastries (coffee tower, yum yum etc) from the famous Fisher & Donaldson.
Overall great breakfast experience 😋 and is definitely worth a visit!

The best afternoon tea in Perth! £13.95 per person and such large generous portions. Really nice atmosphere, service, value for money and food! 💗

Wow! Just treated my Mum to afternoon tea at Willows and everything was delightful. A lovely atmosphere, friendly professional staff (especially Patricia who went out of her way to help us). The food was all perfect from the delicious savoury treats, soft and tasty sandwiches and the super tasty cakes & scones. All served with Suki tea! Perfect! Would definitely return and highly recommend the afternoon tea.

We went for afternoon tea here at 3:30pm and managed to finish it all after 4:30pm. Go hungry as there is a plate of sandwiches, a plate of cheese, pickle, oatcakes, with sausage rolls, mini quiches and then three plates of cakes and treats with tea or coffee. Even had a refill of coffee as it helped to wash it all down. We went with a voucher and had glasses of Prosecco too. The food was great and the service too. Enjoyed it all. You can book up to 4pm but not sure you could get it all eaten before closing time. They do offer takeaway boxes for leftovers. Take it with you if you can. Lots of tables inside and extra outside if it is warm.

The place is buzzing with energy and full of people. All tables are full. It is a good sign.
Everything came pretty fast and well served. There are lots of serving staff and they are very efficient.
The desserts are of a very good quality.
Specifically, the flavour of the Brownie is very well accomplished.
What I wonder is if the burger is bought or homemade. I think it’s the second. There’s nothing wrong with it because it was good quality but if they made them themselves the taste would highly improve

Well, my wife and I went for lunch and I was more than disappointed. I ordered haggis neeps and tattles. It was cold tasteless crap. I would not go again!

Willows Addict!. This is listed as Perth but before I go on I must echo the following review covers the Dundee branch also!

I have frequented many a coffee shop & have now found my favourite in Willows!

Cakes- Massive and delicious! No expensive price!
Coffee - Never seen so many choices in my life. I am a fan of a white mocha!
Takeaway - Fast!
Sitting in - Fast, friendly & courteous service. The restaurants (both) are decorated nicely and kept cosy in the winter hehe.
Alcohol - Good price & nice selection. When the sun is shining it's very relaxing to sit outside in the Perth branch and watch the world go by!
Prices - excellent and worth it! Especially when you compare it to some other well known coffee places!

I have just realised I am slightly addicted and now very thirsty! Go on... try Willow's!

Best coffee in Perth. This place is busy! It's big but still cozy somehow and I visit every time I'm in Perth as they do the best coffee for miles around.

Great!. My wife and I went there tonight for a pre-valentines meal. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and keen to assist. We didn't have to wait long to be seated or served and the food arrived quickly and well presented.
I was a little hessitant to eat there after reading previous reviews, but either those reviewers were in a different place, or the service has vastly improved since those reviews were made.

Better off at Mc Donalds for lunch. I couldn't recommend not eating (or drinking) at Willows more strongly.

It has been many years since I ventured into Willows coffee shop. My overriding memory of it was that it was expensive for a coffee shop - that hasn't changed.

Despite my past reservations on cost, I went for lunch there yesterday (11th July 2010) with my husband and daughter and we had the most dreadful food experience.

The first sign that something was rotten in Denmark was the complete lack of attention we received. The waitresses all had the same glassy stare and couldn't care less demeanour. When we finally flagged one down the roll of the eyes was quite apparent - obviously her conversation with her colleagues was far more important right at that moment in time.

The food, when it finally arrived, was bland and yet somehow also disgusting. Quite a feat! The hot food ordered was tepid at best which suited my 2 year old's palette but not mine. Needless to say we left most of our food untouched. The tea they served us to drink was also awful, bitter and drying in the mouth.

None of the staff enquired after us, not even when they charged us a king's ransom for the - I hesitate to describe it such - "meal".

In order to take the taste of the horrid tea we went in to the Itallian next door for an ice cream. In hind sight we should have gone there first.
