Pathetic experience, Pathetic service and pathetic food at carousel shopping mall franchise.
My salad was prepared by the guy of Asian background and it was nothing except for lettuce no chicken at all. He deliberately picked the lettuce from underneath the chicken . You guys have definitely lost a customer. Just a suggestion teach ur staff to accept there mistake and apologies.

Refreshing to have on a hot day. You do get a lot of salad but it's a bit pricey. Got a bowl of salad with chicken strips and an egg for $12.95. still nice to eat though

I’m coming here from January 2018, I was served by “Neha” which was the most terrible experience I’ve had. She was very rude to me when i was ordering, calling me names like “Ching Chong” since the till was stuffing up so she tried to make a joke to lighten the mood but it wasn’t a joke. It was clearly an insult which I’m very offended by since I have an asian background. This is very UNACCEPTABLE and I still can’t believe this happen! I’m very disgusted and would NOT recommend this store to anyone!

I had a great experience from this store, they made my wrap very fresh and lots of ingredients which you wont be sad about the price. The lady remembers me and my order which was nice.

I got a fortifying salad here, and got served quickly. My companion has to wait quite a long time for a wrap. Good food.

Got a terrible version of the Salmon Teriyaki here - not much Salmon and the brocolli had plastic freezer taste to it - could not eat it!
