We had to get used to the bright red colour of the chicken tikka massala, but it was delicious! Naan was quite a big portion. Personally I didn't like the blue Christmas lights, but we had a lovely evening with delicious food.

The staff were very accommodating. I asked for a recommendation off the menu based on my preferences and the chef actually prepared a special dish for me - which was absolutely delicious! The portion sizes are generous, food freshly prepared and extremely tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

Fabulous Indian restaurant in Penrith town center. Great food, service with a smile and great atmosphere. Busy for a Wednesday night. Hopefully, I will get back sometime.👍👍👍

Came late so it was quiet hence no atmosphere rating but the food and staff were brilliant. Had good banter with one of the waiters and the food was good value and big portions , much so I couldn't finish it all. Nice restaurant and definitely worth a visit!

The staff were the kindest and most welcoming people we've met on our whole vacation! Definitely recommend staying for dine in service so you can enjoy the atmosphere as well as the food.

I enjoyed a pleasant meal here. Masala was tasty and the portions are a decent size. Prices are reasonable too. Atmosphere in the restaurant is good, albeit a little dated. Service was not bad and the food was served relatively quickly.

The food and service was pretty good at Raj. We dined here on a Friday night, we didn’t have a reservation but were seated quickly. Nice selection of beers, we had Cobra and Tiger. We ordered poppadoms and chutneys, which was a generous portion. To start we shared a chicken chat, then had butter chicken and balti masala chicken. The butter chicken tasted and looked more like I would expect a korma too and I was hoping the balti would be more medium than mild but it did have a nice smoky paprika flavour. The garlic naan was really good, it had the right amount of flavour and the bread was fluffy but crisp on the bottom. Overall, the food was good but could have had a little more spice. The portions were generous and very reasonably priced. It would be good to see a white fish curry on the menu.

Delicious food, perfect after a busy day touristing and avoiding the rain showers. Quick and friendly service, the staff treated us like we were regular customers which made us feel so welcome. The food was brought to our table steaming hot. The extra touch on our starters was a lovely surprise -thank you!

Great food, great service from Rep the waiter.. Nice pint of Cobra too. Accessible for wheelchair users with a downstairs toilet. It's a good sized restaurant so you're not on top of anyone else.
A nice evening out if you're staying at Center Parcs.
