Well, I ordered a cheese and red onion chutney sandwich. It turned up with cheese and red onion. I asked where was the chutney to be told they had run out and therefore replaced it with the onion! Also the bread was dry as a bone. Will not be going there again! Was wondering why it was quiet and everywhere else was busy.
The cutlery was dirty in the serving container, when pointed out to the member of staff, i was told it was due to previous staff, not her fault, however did nothing with regard to the dirty cutlery which was not staining by water drops but hard dried food deposits. Shocking.
Beautiful spot for a coffee. Young man called Ben offered an exceptional level of customer service - warm cheery manner, efficient and helpful. Was particularly impressed that he took care to clean machine so that my soya latte was cow's milk free which being vegan i realy appreciated. Thanks Ben.
Very nice coffee, if we'd stayed longer would have tried some cake or ice cream. Stunning views!
waited ages to get served, coffee was luke warm had one piece of chocolate cake which they charged £5 for over priced, very messy outside with bin overflowing and on the floor
Great range of food I had a toastie, chips and on a separate occasion I had a turkey and stuffing roll, the food is of a good standard and the service is brilliant
