Taco Bell

After working 12 hours and driving a full hour back to Pelham, I sat in line forever for my food and only to get home and no sauces I asked for were put in the bag. I get back in my car and drive back to the store to get the sauces. I knocked on the door and I'm told they weren't open. I said I don't want to come in, I just want the sauces left out of my bag. They just stood their staring at me and saying they aren't opening the door. I walked around to the drive thru and ask for the sauces. The manager come over rudely and says "you gotta get back in line". I said ma'am, the line is wrapped around the building (see the picture...that's the front of the building), I just worked 12 hours, drove an hour back to Pelham and sat in your line only to get home and not have my sauces. I would just like the sauces". She cuts me off, tells me I'm rude, slams the window in my face, locks it and walks away. I was appalled. The woman in the car at the drive thru was so appalled she offered to get the sauces for me. I told her thanks, but they took so long on my food, I'm pretty sure they will take long to get to her and our food is already cold at home. Even the kids in the car made a comment about her behavior. We ate here often...never ever had a problem. Tonight truly ruined that for me.

How you serving 1 car at a time and not put chips in my bag but put cheese in my bag. Smh. And I dont want to hear someone say, oh I thought your 2 cinnamon twist was a bag of chips. If so that person needs to be fired immediately. 1 car to the speaker, then pull forward to window to receive food, then that next car in line can order. 🤦🏾‍♂️

I just don’t understand WHY the 6 taco supremes I ordered were barely wrapped in their paper wrappers and 3 of them had no tomatoes and 2 no sour cream. It wasn’t busy at all. Yet you all expect to get paid $15.00 an hour?!? I bet when they make their own food it’s top notch though isn’t it? VERY DISAPPOINTED! It’s not rocket science people! But do you care? No you don’t.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell! Went after working a concert on Saturday night - less than 1 mile from restaurant- waited for 45 minutes in the drive through to even order! They took one car at a time with a line around the building! Would have gone somewhere else if there had been anywhere open to go. When I finally went to order, they told how they were out of several items! I finally find something to order, paid, received my drink and sat there another 5 minutes before they opened the window and asked what I needed...I responded "my food". They looked confused. Tried to tell me I already got it, then realized they had not given it to me! And after all this, it tasted awful! Cold, stale food. Couldn't even eat it! What a huge disappointment! Went home mad and hungry!

I would give a ZERO star if possible. We stopped at the Taco Bell at 101 Cahaba Valley Pkwy in Pelham AL to dine-in. We were greeted with a sign that stated "For faster service order at the kiosk or use the app". We tried to order at the kiosk but the mexican pizza was not offered. This was confirmed by one of the employees who then got her manager. We were told to go through the drive thru if we wanted to order because they were short staffed. This was extremely unprofessional as the dining room was open and they did not offer this item on the kiosk. The manager refused to take our order inside even though there was enough staff including herself that could have taken our order in the time it took them to check the kiosk and tell us to order via the drive thru. Another couple waiting behind us left as well after hearing this. Very rude and we will be telling others about our experience.
