I visited on 7/31. Received a over buttered big and toasty. I called the number on the website and it went to a voicemail. I left a message but no one called me back. I retrun today( the next day) only for me to first see the front cashier taking cash and he did not change his gloves in between transactions. When I made it to the register, I was told the manager had gone to the bank and he was the only one able to give me a refund. I was told I could wait 15 for him to return( at that time it was 11:20) or they could give me something else. Why would I get something else when I have seen you practice horrible hygiene practices during this pandemic era. I waited in the lobby 15 minutes. So at 11:35, I go back to the register and ask the young lady cashier now to ask first young lady that told me it would be 15 minutes to confirm how much longer so she then goes to the back and basically now I'm standing and customers are coming in line growing. So finally the managers comes in baby blue polo shirt see everyone in line and when he makes it to the back he comes back to see how he can help me. At this point I ask for a refund and he process the transaction. Not once did he apologize about the service, my wait time and he just hands me my money. I leave.

This location is amazing! My friend and I were originally going to Starbucks, but their dining room was closed due to Covid-19 precautions. We loved it! The staff was friendly and prepared our delicious drinks quickly! All staff was wearing masks as well. We’ll definitely visit again!

Stop this afternoon. 3/20/22 @1:00 ordered two chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing received white donuts with chocolate icing ordered two sugar jelly filled. Got two stale powdered sugar jelly filled. I handed my order back so they could fix it, it came back with the same jelly filled and two chocolate glazed donuts. Paid $6.06 for 4 donuts and didn’t get anything that I asked for. Incompetent or do they just screw you at the drive-through??

Disappointed and won't return. 2 dbl chocolate and one boston cream donuts. Chocolate ones were dry and stale tasting with just a dribble of icing around the hole. Boston creme was also stale and NO filling at all. Forget about it.

Taste was pretty ok. The croissant was warm outside but cold inside. Should have specified to warm it first, I guess.

Nothing is more irritating than continuously trying to get a frozen mocha and always being told the machine is broken. Do better dunkin.

Walked in and no one was at the counter to serve us. After 3-4 minutes my husband walked down to the other end of the counter and saw a young man and girl in the backroom. He asked if the store was closed and got their attention. Placed our order to be told they were out of the coconut latte which is what we stopped to get. Not a good experience and disappointing

I am not from the area but every time I have drill I stop by this particular Dunkin. Well this morning I asked for an extra pump of caramel swirl (like I always do) and when I got my receipt I noticed they charged me for FOUR extra pumps of swirl. When I asked for refund they tell me that they don’t know how to do a refund and the manager is not there. WHY would a location have multiple staff members working but NO ONE knows how to issue a refund? It was an additional $1.56 added to my total which may not seem like a lot but to me it is for extra pumps of swirl that I never wanted
