Realizing that the only place with indoor dining is steak and shake in McDonald's and Ginger's across the street a small little restaurant that's been there for good 8 years or so I think. I haven't at work for my lunch and I want to go somewhere and sit down to come realize they have no indoor dining which is okay but sad. Ended up going to Ginger's had a great spring roll before going back to work

On Indeed you stated you were hiring crew members at $11 an hour. Under Illinois law, you are entitled to receive at least the state minimum wage if you work for a company with more than 3 employees. The current state minimum wage is $12 an hour. Stop trying to exploit people who haven't been made aware and don't know their rights.
If anyone has worked for this Wendy's and received less than minimum wage, I encourage you to report them to the Illinois Department of Labor.

Came during change over from breakfast to lunch. Thought the food would be fresh and hot, wrong. Horrible bread, sloppy sandwich prep, warm food.

Workers were friendly and helpful. They must have mishandled the rotisserie chicken bites—left them out too long? Didn’t rotate? I got sick several hours later. Felt like I had to 🤢🤮 but my stomach kept burning and burning with that feeling for about three hours. Alcaseltzer helped me [gorey details 😂] instantly feel ok now. Please take chicken handling seriously!

Been there four times in 2 weeks. Either my fries are cold or my sandwich is cold. Plus one day when I got there big cheeseburger special and then I come back at different day and the sandwich was a complete different size curious why sandwiches were different for the same order

First they tried arguing with me about whether I had ordered frostys when it was on the receipt that they had just handed me. Then got home and every burger was wrong, despite the receipt being correct. Tried to call for over 10 minutes and no one picked up. Won’t be going back to this location any time soon. Save your self the headache and go to Culver’s across the street or the McDonald’s a block away.

We had our order took just like any other time just this time we had to wait 30 minutes to get served old chicken nuggets and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received a old cold fried chicken
