Whataburger

Just left here on a positive note, rather than how it started. Placed an order through the drive thru earlier in the evening (only went to this location because we were leaving Kroger, otherwise, I would’ve went to the newer one along 288). Anywho, paid for my order, got my order, peeked in the bag everything seemed correct. Got home, my son opened his burger, to find NO meat patty! Only bun, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and bacon (which I paid extra for). Mind you, I’m already home, clothes changed and ready to take my makeup off. So I called up there, MaTia answered. She was professional and apologetic. She offered for me to come back either today or tomorrow and replace my son’s meal. I really didn’t want to drive back, but my son really wanted his burger. So I went back. Needless to say, MaTia not only replaced his full meal, but she also offered him a free treat. Of course, he took the free treat with glee and all was satisfied in the end. So shoutout to MaTia for making it right!

I haven't had a Whataburger that was as good as this! I wish I took a photo but I ate it too quick! Our cashier MOE was nice and accurate even when I forgot to order cheese she was very helpful and informative when their soda fountains were not available. The restaurant was clean and they had people cleaning respectfully around customers eating. Definitely worth the money and will visit again soon. Thanks MOE for your service😸💜
