Subway

Best deal in town for lobster or crab. Usually crowded and noisy. Always find a seat. Same one most of the time. Has a Houston constable as host. Employees helpful and available. Theme of the atmosphere is mixed, (family, seafood, and Chinese /Vietnamese), interesting clientele. Parking is dicey. Got to go there!

A few weeks ago I had a big order for our theater arts department and Ashlyn and her team made it happen. I placed my order on a short notice and hoped for the best. Ashlyn and her team went above and beyond to make it all possible. Not only did they make all 50something of my subs, but they sorted them out, packed plenty of veggies since we asked for veggies on the side, and provided everything needed. You see the thing is I didn't order a typical catering box, this was a school function and everything was customized and individually wrapped. When it was time to serve it was such a breeze because everything that we could have possibly needed was provided. The service was phenomenal and Ashlyn was such a sweetheart to work with. I would definitely come back for future orders and encourage everyone else to come to this Subway for your catering needs.

You cant go wrong with a great sandwich from Subway!! Great tasting. Made quick and my way. You cannot beat that. Update: Today's experience was subpar. No ice in the ice machine. When I brought it to the staff's attention, she told me there is ice in there. So I opted for a fountain drink. They were out of that flavor as well!! Strike 2. Since there was only one couple getting assisted, I told the other young man that the machine needed ice and he acknowledged me.... but didnt bother to fill the ice machine. They didnt give me a receipt also to do their survey. Strike 3. Horrible experience at the Subway at Dixie Farm and FM 518.

4/1/2022 I went to have lunch at the Subway on Dixie Farm Road, Pearland, TX. The young man behind the counter was working all by himself. He was handling a line of customers to the door, as well as online orders, HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was patient, respectful, and very kind to an elderly customer who has some special directions for preparing his sandwich. This young man needs to be commended and rewarded. You have a very good employee! Debra W.

Only two employees were on duty at 12:25 for lunch. Perhaps business been slow or tight budget. Had to wait a little longer than usual at fully staffed locations. But the employees were very friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and the vegetables display was fresh. I can really appreciate it when staff acknowledges there customers the moment they enter. I will return for lunch again soon.
