It's always a pleasurable experience going to a firehouse sub. This one was no different. The staff were friendly. The food is delicious. You're able to customize your sandwich to your liking. The best part is that part of the proceeds go towards fighters. Keep up the good work!

This was our first time in Firehouse after a long time. The food is always delicious. This time was no different. Unfortunately, the service was not as great as it has been in the past. My family of five went with my mother for an early dinner. The restaurant was receiving a lot of call-in business and prioritized those to-go orders over the dine-in customers. As a result, the five of us finished our meal before my mom even got her food. The staff was apologetic and boxed it up for her so she could take it home and eat it. But it was still a disappointing experience because we really do love Firehouse Subs.

I always enjoy the food here and I have tried several different subs. The service is prompt but not speedy. Ordering ahead with the app is the way to go if you're in a hurry.

I've found a new go to sub shop. The restaurant was clean & comfortable - the employees pleasant and nice. The food was really good. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The bread was good too, baked well and a delicious recipe. They were pretty busy and handled the orders with precision and care.
I'm really impressed overall. I strongly recommend this sandwich shop. There are many choices sure to satisfy just about anyone. 5 stars for sure!

Only one problem , But I gave 5 Stars , this was only one time , if a customer asks to have to have the toppings chopped , please accomodate customers requests. Other than that top notch food and service , no argument there. Great place to eat.
