Panera Bread

Kedron Panera used to be one of my favorites. Not sure if it’s the new management or what. But can’t say I’m going to visit again after today. Attached are pics of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered and was pretty disappointed after unwrapping to find this. French onion soup got thrown in the trash and lady who took my order never smiled and frankly needed to be schooled on customer service. I’m sorry but it was my favorite restaurant and I won’t go back after this visit.

Had a rapid order pickup for half dozen bagels and frozen Carmel drink. Bagels are good but the drink is wrong. Girl tried to hand me up iced coffee drink when I corrected her about how it's supposed to be the Frozen frappe or whatever she looked at me with a blank stare like do you want me to remake it? Well yeah the correct way. I got it and it was wrong again. Tasted extremely gritty and unsweetened. Nasty as heck. Called customer service about it because the manager said she'll remake it but it was still wrong. He should have remade it. The other Panera over by AutoZone is no problem it's great never had a problem and I come here and it's very unwelcoming. Won't be back to this location.

Today I went in as soon as they opened to purchase 2 buckets of bagels for the Tuesday half off special. The manager, Pierre, waited on me and could not have been more professional or pleasant. He said their bagel cutter was currently not cutting unevenly, so he sliced 26 bagels for me by hand and with a smile on his face. What a stand out he is, when customer service skills are so lacking in other establishments. I will definitely be back & will spread the word. I hope corporate sees this and can recognize him in a meaningful way. Fantastic service!

So I went to get caught up on some work I just needed a change of environment and Mollie was so attentive once I was seated she came by asked if I needed anything then not much later she came back making sure I was having a great dining experience. The entire Staff here are very nice and create a very comfortable dining experience, they remember tour name and make you feel like family keep up the great work guys!!

I visited this location today and I must say I will never return back, it was horrible. The young lady that took my order did fine, however the time it took to make a sandwich & smoothie was ridiculous. Once I realized none of the employees including the manager was moving like turtles I got back in line and asked for my money back. I was fully refunded $17.85 for a sandwich & smoothie. With prices like that u would think they would hurry in make the order but apparently the manager hasn’t set the tone in this store. I never wanted to be biased but managers should be young and energetic. I won’t be returning I can promise that.

I placed a mobile order and it said it was running late which is fine. 10 minutes later it said it was ready, it was not and i waited another 20 minutes. The girl at the counter seemed annoyed that i even asked about it. When i finally got my food she forgot my drink and then had to ask me how to make the coffee. I checked my soup and they forgot the croutons and she rolled her eyes when i came back inside to ask for a bag of them. My food was good but the customer service was unreal, and i say that as someone who also works in customer service. Even though the food was good, i definitely wont be coming back. I can go without the death stares when picking up food
