Dunkin'

Horrible employees. one woman gave my mother her coffee and purposely dropped the coffee on the ground, in the drive through. my mother came back and the same woman gave her the coffee, as my mother drove away the woman called my mother a b!tch. my mother called the dunkin’ donuts and got her fired. besides that, if they could get my order correct. that would be nice. thanks!

I am extremely disappointed with the drive-thru! I live right next-door and get pup cups for my dogs all the time today was different, today the woman at the drive-through told me they don’t do those even though I explain to her that I always get pup cups here and it makes my dogs happy! she refused to give it to me not really sure why someone would refuse to give a dog whipped cream that I’m paying for!!!!! but you win some you lose some very disappointed and so are my pups

They shouldn’t even get 1 star but unfortunately I have to give something. Staff is absolutely miserable. They are completely taking advantage of having the door locked because of “Covid” I order walk in on the app due to not being able to fit in their AWFUL drive thru. Food for thought…. IF YOU WANT TO LOCK YOUR DOOR TURN OFF YOUR WALK IN MOBILE ORDERING. Ps. When the door is locked it’s saying “due to staff shortage” there are typically 3-4 people EVERYTIME I go to walk in but the door is locked. Mind you this location isn’t even that busy at night, went around 6pm. 3-4 people don’t have to be on the drive thru at the same time, trust me Dunkin’s was my first job as a kid. We had 2 staff in nightly… keeping our drive thru and walk in open. There’s NO EXCUSE. Stop using “Covid” or “short staff” as one. Will never be back and will be sure to let my people know how miserable this staff is.
