I don't think I've ever gotten a coffee here that was correct and since it's right by my work usually I only have a couple minutes to grab it and go And I regret going every single time that would have rather Had no coffee at all then that's terrible whatever they want to call it they put in that cup

Wonderful experience…the staff was friendly and got my order perfectly correct despite being very busy. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin Donuts…kudos to the wonderful people working here.

I go to a lot of Dunkin' Donuts locations. This one seems to make a lot of mistakes. The staff is nice enough but there always seems to be something going wrong with my order here. Wrong milk-substitutes used, wrong drink entirely, missing mobile order, selected flavor or sweeteners not used at all (today). If it wasn't the closest, most conveniently located to my home, I probably wouldn't gamble coming here anymore.

People here are very nice and it’s always busy. Great latte, but twice I have ordered through the on the go Dunkin’ app and when I go to pick up my latte it’s not ready for an additional 5-8 minutes because they’ve had to clean the machine (at 630 in the morning?). Very inconvenient having to wait extra after pre-ordering for pick up in the first place. Also, ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin once and they gave me the veggie egg instead. Wasn’t bad to be honest, but just wasn’t what I ordered.

Young girl at the counter was asked ‘do you have midnight ice coffee?’ She says I’m not sure??? I looked at het and said well…. I kinda need to know….. she says. ‘We have it in hot coffee?’ Listening skills just lacking. And I received it and I guess I have to ask for
Liquid sugar for ice coffee because now I’m crunching sugar. SMH never again.

I love this Dunkin Donuts they are fast to take your order you pull up to the window pay and your off your way. Employees are very nice too
