Very nice staff.
Considering that there are not many places to have a coffee in a NICE AMBIANCE- this place is a winner.

Stopped in on Sunday and they looked like they were pretty busy earlier. The store was not in the cleanest condition. The raspberry vegan blackberry tart was very good. I also enjoyed a frozen coffee drink. That was nice. Would have loved to have a cannoli, but they were out.

I love all of their locations. This one is great as it is in the Northshore Mall where you can grab a drink and walk around. Great spot to get some caffeine and get work done.

Such a lovely coffee shop and experience. Staff was so pleasant and coffee was absolutely amazing. Totally recommend! Would for sure visit again!

I haven't been here but I rated them 5 stars for working here 😎 all these aholes with their negative reviews could never last in a coffee shop...they are just quick to criticize 🤔 thank you for putting on the shield of faith and helping these addicts get their fix everyday.

They are really friendly here and when I received the wrong latte because they were out of milk they did not hesitate to replace it. They also use a $60,000 espresso machine.

At the mall picking up Father's Day Gifts... Didn't eat all day.. Starving. Didn't want to just Schoff down fast food. Saw this really cute looking store front. Everything looks and smells Wonderful. Eva was Awesome. Explained my current dental issue. Can't eat a lot of hard stuff yet. She recommended The Chicken and Rice Soup. Everything is hand made. It has a ton of veggies, chicken and of course rice. It really is Delicious! I would have shared a picture... But I inhaled it!! Great Food, Great Staff! I Highly Recommend!

Caffe Nero is the worst place to have coffee in the area. The staff are rude, and their management do not care. Their central customer service is terrible.
