This starbucks was my place to go. But not anymore customers service is very poorly. My daughter wanted to use a starbucks e-gift card she had received but was turned down so she also tried to us her rewards and was also turned down by the cashier. She said they do not accept those? Am very confused they are starbucks do wh would they not accept it. So i guess time to find a different location.

Mobile ordered cause i saw it wasn’t busy. 3 people working, zero people in line, somehow took over 15 minutes and a remake to get the correct drink. Bad attitudes

Terrible service- despite repeating my order the barista got the drink wrong. The attendant taking the order was occupied on the cell phone rather than taking the order

HORRIBLY ANNOYING HOURS. I FEEL AS IF THEY CLOSE WHENEVER THEY WANT. TAKES FOREVER FOR A NORMAL COFFEE.

I went into the location and was rudely accosted by the cashier Ashley. Everyone in there do not have a face covering. And it was only recommended on the front door. I walked in with my face covering and pulled it out a little so that she would be able to hear me and it wouldn't sound muffled. She really decides to say to me could you please put your face covering over your face meanwhile the gentleman that walks in 2 minutes later has no face covering on and a lady in her son also come in 2 seconds after that with no face covering I don't feel this place is good for customer service and if I were you I'd choose a different location

The wrist is inside the Starbucks were extremely nice. They got my order right and I was very happy to have a pistachio latte. I do hope that they bring this back sometime soon. Shop here with confidence.

The customer service was great! There was one barista (her name was Hannah) who was just so friendly and we had such a lovely conversation while I waited for my drink (which she made great!! It was delicious)
