Good hall and good location. But reason I’m giving a low grade is because of the people running this hall. They had an attitude for every single thing, snarky remarks, and overall bad vibe with me and my family. We rented the hall for my Mother’s 50th birthday party which was a big deal for us because my mom is a cancer survivor and we didn’t know if she would make it to 50. We did everything we could to make everything perfect so we looked passed the attitude and bad customer service. But then when it came time to get my deposit back, I had called them asking when I would get it back and they told me I would not be getting my 500 dollars back because we had left cake on the floor and trash everywhere. I had already paid a 150 dollar cleaning fee. I had asked Taisha over the phone how would we pick up the crumbs since there was no brooms, she said “you pick it up with your hands” She claimed that we had caused 3,000 dollars worth of damages and that we were lucky the deposit was only 500. So after going back and forth I let Taisha know that I would not recommend this place to my friends or family she said “GOOD, I’m tired of dealing with you Hispanic people and now I can do more for the Portuguese community who deserve it”she hung up after she said that, my mouth dropped. So if you wanted to be discriminated against and have a bad attitude towards all your planning and just kill the vibe, go ahead and book them. Also the president was the last one to leave the hall and before we left we asked him if there’s anything else for us to pick up and he said no you’re all set.

I wish I could give this place a negative 10. Recently I went to an event there and the lady that had the event was very disorganized. She admitted more people than capacity. People literally had no place to seat so they were standing. That is against the law and it is dangerous. Today I called them to communicate my concerns, and that they shouldn't allow something like that ever again. They told me its been 4 days already and hanged up on me. This place had the worst food, their buffet was very disorganized and set up in the middle of the hall. I do not recommend this place.

Hope my review reaches the owner. We were here 03/09/21 with a party of 12 (sat in 2 separate tables) to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was 100% DELICIOUS, fresh and was brought out in the right amt of time. Our server was great too. However, our poor waitress was running the whole place by herself witb customers in the bar and dining room. She was struggling and its not her fault. We had an issue where we ordered our food at probably 7:50 and she put the order in at 8:01 and the cook refused to cook it. Thats not our fault but it wasnt hers either. I WILL go back again and i hope i see that the restaurant is properly staffed so i can come back here and give this place a better review.

It's a nice place to eat and meet with my Portuguese friends but bartenders should be more kind and polite with others (different culture than Portuguese) especially Albanians customers there. Overall everything is nice and cute the food is so delicious 😋 I love Portuguese tasty food. I will recommend it to all my friends.

The times I went to this restaurant I always liked it because the food is good and the attendants are very friendly. However, last Sunday (December 6th) I saw an unacceptable scene! A man screaming and humiliating his employees in front of all the customers, yelling at them what should be done! everyone in the restaurant was scared when they saw the scene and the girl who was attending me came with tears in her eyes to continue the service and then someone else had to finish the service. She was clearly embarrassed and sad about the situation. Unfortunately, I will no longer go to this place as it is not acceptable to treat employees like slavery.
