Perfecto's Caffe

I am a frequent flyer of Perfecto's in Peabody as I work literally 1 minute away. I fell in love with the banana flavor coffees and get them often. I've gotten a few sandwiches that are good, the bagels are awesome. It is a tad over priced, but it's worth it to not go to dunkin. But today.. I ordered the mac and cheese that's priced just under $5 for a "cup"... I expected a half decent cup of creamy mac and cheese.. what I got was not that. I received a cup of soupy, watery, mushy, cheese flavored "slop", for all intent and purpose. You could see water on top.. the fact that the employees served this rather than saying "we're out, do you want something else" is what really gets me.. so go for the banana coffee, DEFINETLY not the mac and cheese.

Paid for sandwiches, one was missing that was paid for, called and spoke with the manager for them to make it and I would come pick it up. They refused and said I would have to pay for it again and at no point offered me a refund. The customer service is extremely poor along with the management. Unless your enjoy being ripped off I don't recommend going here.

When I go into the store and order coffee my order turns out great, however my order is always messed up going through the drive thru. I feel bad because the woman who takes the orders, its clear that English isn't her first language and it makes communicating hard. I think it would be better to move her to another position in the store. My main problem is that the people making the drinks don't pay attention to what the customer wants. I ordered a large iced coffee with one cream, and the cup says that but it was so light when I got the drink it might as well have been a glass of milk.
