Mcdonald's

While the place was somewhat clean, they need to have someone every 1/2 hour just look over the lobby for any dirty tables. While I was there NOBODY came to just do a fast scan over the place so customers could sit where they please, not where it's clean. There was at least 6 to7 tables that stopped me from letting my grandbabies sit at them. A little more attention to the lobby is the key for customers to FEEL comfortable sitting there and eating in the lobby. That's what will bring them in. When they see customers relaxed and enjoying their visit more will come and relax there too.

It is very irritating when the employee who makes $16.00 per hour, can RARELY get your order correct!! It's not that hard to make a Cheeseburger PLAIN and add Big Mac Sauce!! Instead, I get all the way home and end up with a regular cheeseburger that sure seemed like it was in that warmer too long. Fish fillet sandwiches are excellent- however, it's mostly bun and maybe 3 bites of fish in it. Also, considering the prices have gone up - get my order correct!!

I pulled through the drive thru tonight at 11:55pm ( i did not realize that they were closing at 12:00) when i realized that they started turning the lights off i asked the girl if they were closing and she said at 12.. i said i would leave and she said no! and took my order and was so nice.. really refreshing to have people just be genuine and nice .. i had a bad day had just gotten off work.. and this simple thing made my whole day! great staff

People make mistakes and I get we are all human, but they messed up on our order. Forgot straws . Messed up some of our drinks. They gave us a meal we didn't even order ! Then ...when telling them they messed up , the manager was kinda rude by copping an attitude or that like it was an inconvenience. I will say MOST (expect for fries) of our food was decently warm. Talk about incompetent. They didn't offer to refund the meal they messed up on. Not sure we'd be back here!

This Mcdonald's is so much more expensive than any other one I have been in. same food we order in Phoenix which comes out to 31 dollars was 41 here. I don't get it but it is what it is. So many good restaurants in this area, I probably won't eat here again. I guess since this is a tourist area they jack the price.

Ordered coffee at 6:15pm kid never put lid on complete. When my hubby grabby coffee from window coffee spilled all over him and inside of door. Thank God it was COLD he could of been burned badly. Ordered hot coffee only to get cold. Order at ur own risk food is served cold that should be hot. Coffee comes with the grounds in it or it's decaffeinated they give u. Notifying the health inspector.
