If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I ordered my food online for delivery, I added the address and payment information and it showed it was processing only to return to my cart. I called and asked if they had received my order and I was told they had not. I told them about the issue I was having and he again verified that he did not get an online order. I again told him it was for delivery and was told door dash is the company that delivers for them and they haven't been coming to pick up customers orders. So they are losing money. I looked at my credit card account and was charged twice. So I called back again and got told he couldn't do anything about the charges. So now here having to call my credit card company to dispute the charges and attempt to call the Corporate office on Monday

Asked for salt and pepper on the sandwich and the guy put bell peppers. When I said no bell pepper he acted like he didn’t hear me and kept putting on the bell peppers I tried to get his attention and he blew up on me started yelling and saying he was doing the best he could and started slapping the the countertop over the veggies hard enough for light cover to fall into veggies. Not wanting to escalate the situation I turned around and walked out with him still yelling to the other customers that he was doing want I wanted. The customer beside me tried to tell him that it was salt and pepper and not bell pepper but the employee still wasn’t listening. Subway lost a customer for life on this experience
