I literally just left.. I ordered a small frozen coffee and a powdered Jelly Donut...
I get a very very dark frozen coffee go home open my bag to a BOSTON CREME...
I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE IN DRIVE THRU...
She looked HIGH AS A KITE.. AND VERY AGITATED...

consistently they will get orders in correct, everything is sloppily made and thrown together, servers are rude when you point out your order is wrong, feels like a gas station Dunkin' Donuts which it is. I would avoid and go to one further down the street

Don’t expect your bread to be toasted unless you ask for it extra extra extra well done and even then you’ll be lucky if the other side is cooked at all, like you see here in this photo taken after I went back a second time....they are always out of something I ask for..They stopped selling the beyond breakfast sandwich all together. Why?? The staff is very nice, but they really do not pay attention.

This Dunkin at Shell on Newport Ave Pawtucket has the best staff!!!

My favorite Dunks. Sure, it's tiny and inside a Shell Station. But the staff is friendly, they LISTEN when you tell them light ice, or any specific instruction and they make consistently good coffee every single time I go there, whether it is for myself or if I have a tray load for the housemates. (3× a wk on average). Always a good start of the day here. *AND they don't get snippy or oh know whatty with you if you ask them to fix your coffee in the rare occasion.* They deserve the tips they are allowed to get.
