They were very rude and refused to serve me saying Dunkin’ Donuts no longer makes a certain drink.
Any other Dunkin’ Donuts I go to will make a vanilla chai with these guys say we refuse to serve that and told me to kick rocks😂

It's ok with there food sometimes burn the bagels and sandwich at times it's can be good at times as well there donuts there coffee it's sometimes oh ok or decent depending who make it but the worst is the rude employees working there. My husband ordered two coffee's, two bagels, two of egg sandwiches but instead got two of egg sandwiches and one coffee when he say there miss some of the order to her she give him a rude attitude

I only gave it a 3 because of the workers I was waiting 4 about 5 minutes saying hello some1 came out the bathroom n all with no1 taking my order I was the only 1 in there n by time the lady came there was 3 of us in line but she made my coffee gd better customer service they need

Just moved into the neighborhood. There’s not one time I walk in this place and get treated like I’m bothering them. My orders are so simple I don’t understand why the faces no energy they make faces as soon as you walk in like ughh they don’t greet you ( Mia) like if you don’t like your job why are you there. This has happened to me more than once and it’s always with that same person. I’m so confused to why. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. It’s literally 3 mins away from my house. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
