Based on my experience , drive through takes a bit long because they busy. Maybe they should implement a way as if your food isn’t ready; Park in parking lot spot #1 and we will walk it to you, that way it doesn’t delay the people that go there just for a coffee or an ice coffee. I Prefer to walk in; always wearing mask, and always friendly

When there isn't a line down 3 blocks this place is great! The regular staff is super friendly and know my friend and I's order by heart and are always as fast as can be

This is a place run by children. Majority of the staff are loud and curse while I go in to order. They should definitely train their employees on proper work place behavior.

I went there to get the egg and cheese in a croissant. All I asked was for them to not put the bacon. They started saying they were going to charge m e extra for it. IT MAKES NO SENSE. Why would you charge me extra for giving me less things? It was very saddening. Not everyone eats bacon and for them to charge me extra for removing bacon is honestly stupid
