My children enjoy coming here. Never have they turned it down. Great selection on sandwiches. They are very accommodating on switching toppings around. Each time we have been in everyone has been very helpful and it has been clean. If you go during lunch expect some delay. I have gone during this time and sometimes they can't keep up with cleaning the tables. You can also sit outside near the fountain. Plenty of parking and bathrooms have been clean when we washed up.

Delicious! We had two platters for an office meeting. They included a variety of flavours. The sandwiches were filling, neat, fresh, and every good adjective to describe a sandwich. Angel is an excellent TOGOS rep, a fresh breath of air. So helpful and delightful to deal with. He took our order quickly. He even included a special treat! The young man David who delivered the order was great, professional and early! Thank you! We will order from here again!

I come to this location because of Tyler. He is so professional and makes great sandwiches. Tyler will ask me only once what kind of sandwich and what toppings I like and confirms it. The second question Tyler will ask if I would like extra topics or combo items. I do feel uncomfortable when Denise works. The first two times she was belligerent. She gives bad attitude. She is very unprofessional employee. I won't come back to this location because of Denise.

The selection of sandwiches that they offer is pretty good. From the standard turkey or ham and cheese to meatball and marinara. They also have a veggie sub which is what I got. It has avocado cucumber and provolone. And for any of the subs you can add lettuce tomato onion pickles and pepperoncini. The white bread that I ordered was super soft and tastes great! The prices are a little higher as it was 7 bucks for a 6" and nearly 10 for a 9". That being said the sandwiches were pretty wide and I felt content after eating the 6" sandwich. The staff were really friendly and answered any questions I had and were quick to make the sandwiches. Overall I would recommend this place to others and I will definitely be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a Veggie Wrap the day prior and the employee made my sandwich with meat. I am a vegetarian and called immediately about the mishap. The guy who made my sandwich told me to come back today or tomorrow and they would make my sandwich the correct way. I came in the next morning with my receipt but the assistant manager Jessica wouldn't give me the correct sandwich. I had to argue with her about who I spoke with and she wouldn't honor my free meal when her crew made a clear error. I will never eat at ToGos again! Worst Sandwich spot in Pasadena.
