Einstein Bros. Bagels

This location offers all that other same chain store offers but has staff that is not very polite/easy to work with. When it comes to bagels, no one can top Einstein bros. and what it has to offer. They have up their game with not only a wide variety of bagels but making sandwiches out of those. The breakfast sandwich varieties are beyond delicious. Good coffee and drink options too.

Krystall Vanegas the General Manager took my coffee. I placed an order through the mobile app in order to take advantage of their free coffee promo. Historically, this promotion has included one free coffee per entree ordered. I forgot to select the coffees before checking out on my phone, so I asked the Cashier if we could still get the free coffees. She politely obliged. My girlfriend and I enjoyed said coffees while waiting for our order. Krystall, the General Manager, then approached us and informed us that the promo we referenced had recently changed and now only included one coffee per order. We acknowledged and made a mental note for future visits (Lol). Krystall then told us that she would have to charge us for the coffee after the fact, despite no prior communication of this change. I jokingly replied that we would just return the now partially consumed coffee, which Krystall took me up on without a moment's hesitation in a room full of customers. Not sure what was being accomplished here, as I can only imagine this one coffee made up an infinitesimally small percentage of their overhead and the coffee would presumably have to be thrown out anyways, with the only differing outcome being this online review. This ridiculous exchange prompted me to look up nearby alternatives for future bagel cravings as needless to say, I will never spend another dime here again. For any interested parties, I have found the following local Bagel Shops you can support instead, all of which have higher ratings than this particular Einstein Bros location. These bagels taste great, there's a wide selection, but the service is terrible. We come here often, always expecting things to change for the better. Unfortunately, something always goes wrong. This morning they did not put enough cream cheese in the bagel. When we complained, they gave us a tiny container of cheese then proceeded to charge us $1.99 - for a tiny bit of cheese! Beyond being annoying, it's just plain rude. Keep in mind I eat hear 2 to 3 times a week. If you do eat here, please complain. At some point management will get the message. We can dream, right?

Love Love Love their blueberry bagel!!! They are baked fresh everyday~ They are soft & chewy! Not overly sweet. Just the way I like it. Besides those traditional flavors, I love their gourmet bagels too. Sometimes I want something savory, those are my choices! They bake all day long that is why whenever I stop by, the bagel tastes as fresh as the store just opens the door in the morning.

First time ever to this spot. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich. It caught my eye immediately and didn't disappoint. I'm assuming you get to choose what type of bagel you want? They never asked me but it came with a jalapeno cheddar that was very good. Also I added bbq sauce to mine and kicked up the flavor.
