My wife ordered some food through drive-through and some of the food was missing. I came up to get the food that was missing and they honored it with no questions asked thank you so much Taco Bell you’re the best.

Weve gone here so many times and we’ve always gotten the chalupa combo but recently we decided to dine in instead of just going through drive thru and we asked the lady if we could change the burrito in the $5 cravings box for a taco and she said no but then she went at the back and gave us 2 chalupas and 3 tacos for just 7 bucks !! She was no nice she was this short girl with really pretty eyelashes and her name was Katia or something like that. Y’all need to give her a raise she was so nice!!
