I have been here many times and the service was average but I had a very bad experience recently. I came in with a group of friends and we ordered alot of items. We specifically asked the waitress for glass cups twice. Our request had fell on deaf ears. I went and asked the barrista for the glass cups and he gave me paper cups for takeaway. We always come in and recieve glass cups for all. The barrista was of indian descent who had very rude customer service. His reason for not giving glass cups was that he had alot of orders, and could not give them even though we were first in first served. I was disgusted in the manner of how he handled the situation. Surely, a company with a large reputation can afford to have more glass cups. To the owner reading this, you lost all your old good staff who did a great job. I will be going to Bay Vista Parramatta from now on. You lost a loyal customer.
