Kfc

Yesterday visited this place Ordered The 3 Piece Box , extra 2 of the $3 chicken, and $5 something chicken nuggets. Took them less than 10 mins to prepare so I wonder whether this affected the food quality. -Chicken they had were not crispy at all. The chicken tasted no juicy for sure. I have been eating KFC for so long but this time I was disappointed! -Their chicken nuggets: 1 sauce. I think McDonald so far has the best chicken nuggets and they also provide us with different sauce. The taste was much better at Macca -Staff were not friendly at all -Potato chips are not crispy! Will try another option next time to see there are any different.

If there was an option for zero Star. I would have rated zero Star. Very Bad Service. I ordered two burger, Drinks and Chips and i paid for it as well. However i got one burger, drink and chips only. one of their staff told me they have received order for only one burger and he asked to me show my bank account to check how much i have been charged . I showed my bank statement to him and he told me that i will get a refund. Its been more than 2 weeks i haven't received it. Its not about one Burger, staff were so rude they were not ready to listen me. Very bad service. Incident was of 26 June 2022 Sunday around 4-5 pm.

Rude service - missing a potato and gravy in my order. I went back to the counter immediately and was told it was in the bag, 8 in the bag but there were only 7. This guy (I think was the restaurant manager or supervisor) threw a potato and gravy on the counter as if i was lying or unreasonably begging for food. I wasn’t expecting an apology or anything but be a gentleman. I asked politely and paid for my food, YOU made the mistake and made it look like it was my problem by dumping the container on the counter. Never going back to this particular KFC. There is always another fried chicken or KFC outlet.
