Nando's

When I saw the Nando’s at Westfield I just had to try out. Nando’s has been favorite place of ours when we were living in Singapore. The portions here are so big. Menu is different from Singapore Nando’s menu and it’s understandable as this is a different county. But my husband was sad as they don’t have the Portuguese chicken liver curry in here. I love the food. Salad was really good and loved the colors. Paella also good. Service is really great.

I hope first experience is not the last experience. Visited the place yesterday almost in the closing time, so didn’t get much thing (not complaining about that). The burger 🍔 which I ate, didn’t find it delicious/tasty. Trust me I had plenty of burgers from other places and this one is not so good. But as I said in the beginning, will try some other dishes later.

Located right alongside the bus terminal and across the road from the railway station. This store needs a good deep clean. Friendly staff. Fast service. Dine-in and takeout available. There’s a wash basin located at this store. The sanitiser is located next to the wash basin. Open till 10pm every night, but on the night I visited there was a sign saying they’re closing at 8pm.

Nando’s has always been my “go to” shop in kogarah unfortunately the said shop is permanently closed. another favourite shop is that of auburn which also had the same fate as that of kogarah. i went to paramatta recently and saw the huge signage saying Nando’s.. alas! I can finally have my Nando’s after a year of abstinence due to shop closure secondary to covid restrictions and issues. well, the food was served hot. i wasn’t that excited when I started eating.. not sure what was missing in my meal. I had the usual chicken and spicy rice. nevertheless, I’m still happy that this shop is still open. would love to try other menu on my next visit.

Where should I start from . I went to Nandos Paramatta with a lot of expectation. Personally started going to Nandos in South Africa since 2001. Have been to several other Nandos in the middle East etc . We took the dine in option . We were told that we have to scan a QR code to place the order . All good till now . Just before we placed the order maybe 10-15 mins since we arrived we were told that they don't have full chicken and we have order something else . I just laughed at the poor staff delivering the message . How bad can a restaurant be managed when the main items are not available. It was during the Easter break of 2022 so not sure if someone forgot to order whole chicken for the restaurant that focuses on grilled chicken. As we had travelled 10 Kms to get there decided to order something to get the Nandos fix instead of finding another joint . The wrap was leaning on the side of slapped together as the photo shows the cheese did not even melt . I didn't want to take a photo as it was not anything good to shout about but decided that maybe whoever owns the place needs to have a hard look on what goes around . Don't think I need another Nandos fix anytime soon as I will be buying the sause from Coles and making the same . The only points are for the staff who delivered the message good or bad and the location.

I ordered a Great pretender classic burger through Deliveroo (1st order#4780). And they sent me the burger which was with a chicken patty. I contacted Deliveroo and they asked me whether I would need a refund or another replacement to which I said I want a replacement (2nd order#3138) And guess what they sent me another burger with a chicken patty. Well they don't even know their menu. I tried to contact them via their phone number listed on google but couldn't even get in touch as I had to be in the queue for a long time.

This service from her was the best we had to experience her name is Finalle . The way she is talking to customers and doing her amazing service it was super extraordinary. We applause her for her great excellent service. We would not hesitate if she is crown a status as a leading member in any industry.
