This place is such a nightmare. Going through the drive thru, you can see dirty machines, people are rude and just walking around doing nothing while there are people lined up. I went at night around 11, so maybe the kids working just didn't care. Maybe better in the daytime when their is a manager on duty.

I will not improve this rating until they decide to put a list of ice cream flavors in the drive through. If you are going to have the option available to order ice cream after entrance hours why not have the options visibly available? WHAT WOULD IT COST YOU TO PRINT OUT A LIST OF THE FLAVORS???? This has to be the most infuriating thing about this place. Then the workers wanna catch an attitude when you’re asking what flavors are available. I get it, no one wants to read off 30+ flavors but then have the list outside. STUPID & RIDICULOUS. This is the 3rd time asking the workers to mention it to management.

Went to get ice cream with my sister and aunt, 9:50 tonight thinking, “oh it’s Friday let’s go have something sweet,” but was greeted with the most bittersweet customer service. The two servers that helped us, an Indian and an African American lady, was unbelievably rude to us all. Rolling their eyes, nasty attitude and then proceeded to talk about us loudly as we walked out. 100% do not recommend

I wish I could attach pictures with my review. I am a regular here and with my recent purchase the quantity and service really went down the drain. I’m mad at the service and quality I received. I purchased 8 ice creams on 10/21/2020 Order no 097. JARED O , barely put enough. I told him on which he doesn’t do anything as if I was speaking to the wall . On top he charged me an extra ice cream which hopefully will be refunded soon. I spent 8 bucks on An ice cream. IT SHOULD REFLECT ON THE QUANTITY TOO. I have never had this problem before. I’m a regular and I want the store manager to contact me or I’m never visiting this location again.Truly dissatisfied.
