Del Taco

Found this inside my guacamole :) nice job Del Taco!their customer service team pretends to care. They decided to escalate this, and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. But customer care online promises free meals so help alleviate the wait time for a manager to get back to you. But that’s not what I’d like. I’d like to not have stickers in my food

I got the epic scrambler burrito meal with bacon which was good not a whole lot of bacon more liked crumbled not strips plus order another burrito which I took home because the meal was enough to fill you up. I like the fact you can order from the Breakfast menu all day, the dining room was clean. Over had a great experience.

I will never visit this location again. When I arrived at the drive thru line it was a longer than average wait extending in to the parking lot. My kids had been requesting dell taco for several days so I shrugged it off and hoped that the food would be good since they were busy. Boy was I WRONG! Ordering process was just fine, an employee even made sure I got my last bag that nearly got left behind. When I received my two tostada's they were placed VERTICALLY in the paper bag with a burrito on top of them!!!! So naturally everything on the tostada was sliding off. Not only did they lack the common sense to keep a tostada FLAT, when I arrived home a queso loaded fry was also sideways in the bag, not to mention the value tacos were very poorly wrapped and already opening up in the bag. Here is the kicker though... Not only did my daughter find a hair in her carne asada fry... SHE FOUND TWO!!!! Clearly the people packing the bags need more training. I will never again visit this location and instead will take my business to the Dell Taco off Arapahoe Road where I have never had this many issues before.

Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a decently large order. The gentleman taking orders was very helpful and answered my questions and the young lady at the cash out window was quick and efficient. The staff did a great job getting the food out and I barely waited five minutes for my order! Way to go guys :)
