Worst customer service. I went in at 5:40AM and asked for a cappuccino blast the African American lady with glasses said baskin was closed I asked what time does it open (I have been to this location before and have gotten milkshakes at 5:30AM with no issues) she went on to say it’s not closed but they are behind so I repeated what she said that just because they are behind they can’t serve make a cappuccino blast and she said yes. Again it was 5:40AM there was only one customer behind me and this location doesn’t have drive thru it can’t be that busy. If you ask me she was just being LAZY and very rude.

Came to this Dunkin to order a shot of espresso and also to get an ice water. Cashier # 302235 Name Nicholas "If you order that I have to charge you for an Americano. " "I just want a shot of espresso. And a cup of water " "If I don't charge you for an Americano. I can get in trouble. " Nicholas, you don't know if I have a pregnant wife or a child in my vehicle. Just charge the customer for what they order and don't assume that I even know what an Americano is. Judging by the recent reviews.. Customer comes first. Take care of them so you can crack them in repeat business. Friendliness: 3/10 Professionalism: 5/10 Quality of service: 2/10 Store cleanliness: 8/10 Would I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin? Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life, I used to come to this location since 2016. Yesterday was the last day for me after getting this experience, So I didn't have a mask on, I forgot it in the car A black lady with a glasses on, told me you need to have a mask, I told her I will go get, but do you guys have an espresso, she said no go get the mask first, I said I will but I came in 3 times in a row and you guys didn't have an espresso, so do you guys have it ? She refused to even respond and said mask first. Then another employee approached me and said yes we have. So I got my mask I came back just trying to smooth everything and not making a big deal out of this, I was talking to the other employee nicely The black lady told the other employee, don't talk to him. I was like ok, you didn't just lost 1 customer, but I'll make sure that if the owner didn't do anything about this, I will report this business to every social media in this community and cost this business a bad reputation and hopefully a lost until they get ride of that negative energy inside their business. I'm referring to the black tall lady with glasses on, she worked in the morning of January 11.

Worst customer service ever, I been regular customer, but today its my last time. New manager is ruining this place . I had left my number today for owner to call me . She refused to serve me , because I did not have mask on ( I asked her if I can cover my mouth with my jacket ) she said no, I asked if I can order online and just pick she said no. I was extremely nice and asked her is she can provide me with mask. She is beyond missarble . Even when I called back for owner to call me back, she was rude and hung up. I am hoping owners will see this and reach out to me ( even thought i think she will never pass my msg). THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THIS PERSON OR THEY BUSSNIES WILL GO DOWN. I will not go there again and I will makes sure to tell others as well

This location flanks a residential street, which allows you to pull right up to the side. My teen gets out of the car and orders by herself, so the location is easy and safe to navigate, even in snow. A lot of nearby city locations have parking lot fences that are knocked over by people that didn’t get their coffee first, or their parking spots are too narrow for my SUV. It’s an easy drive down Higgins to get here. Plus they haven’t messed up our order yet….bonus!
