In a previous review I wrote for Taco Bell I stated "There are good Taco Bell's and there are dreadful ones". I am glad to say this one is Superb. I'm a DoorDasher, and I did 2 deliveries from this restaurant tonight. Both times I pulled up I was treated with the up most of courteousness. The attendant Jeremy displayed model example of qualtiy customer service. This was impressive.
Even though they was super busy, this crew did an amazing job getting the orders out as quickly as possible. Jeremy did a wonderful job keeping communication and reassuring me that my order was coming, and when it came I was at ease. Not often you get this high level of service from any fast food restaurant. Please do everything possible to keep him on staff, and reward him for his exuberant efforts. Thank you.

Ordered MY food. Paid for MY food. Was given NOT MY FOOD. When I called to let them know, nobody ever answered. When I went to the door, nobody answered that either!! I had to go back through the long drive thru and wait. At least ten minutes. I was given my original order, but it didn't smell right. I threw it away. Worse $10 I ever spent. If you are in the park forest area, don't buy food from your establishment!!

This location has improved alot since the last time I was here over a year ago. I used the drive through this time. After I ordered and pulled up, there was a slight wait at the window, but the guy was extremely polite and apologized for the wait. He even hooked it up with the sauces without having to ask! You used to have to ask for them because they would only give you 2 when you had like 5 tacos... My only complaint was that I did not get a receipt to give props to the young man working the drive through window this evening. Hope he gets recognition and a raise/promotion.

The service was horrible. Placed order, half of the order was given and I was told to drive to the front. At that time, I asked how long and was told about 2 mins. 2 mins turned into a call informing them it had been 10mins. and I'd like a refund. The person answering the phone said " there was only 1 person working the line and my order was coming out now" That ended up being another 5 mins.
At that time, I went to door, as the restaurant lobby was closed.
The cashier came to the door and I said if my order is NOT ready to please refund me. Again, I was told it's ready right now. Now turned out to be another 6mins.
It would have NOT been a problem as BIG if they weren't still serving orders in the drive-thru.
If there are ONLY 2 ppl in the Entire bldg. working, just close until additional employees can arrive. The manager offered no sorry for the extremely loooooong wait... UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I had to tap one star to post. If I could, it would be 0 for NO stars.

On 07/07/2019 at approximately 9pm, I sent my son into this establishment to order a 12 party pack of tacos. The manager informed my son that they can not make a party pack at that time of night (9pm) I called two other Taco Bell’s to see if they had a cutoff time to when they stop selling 12 taco party packs. There was no certain time. They served them until close. I went in myself and asked the manager ( light complexion male with locs) why is he refusing service and he replied the establishment does not have the man power to make one order of 12 tacos.
I asked him, if I would have went through the drive thru, would you have denied me service for 12 tacos? He said, “ No! I would tell you to pull around and wait.” I then grabbed the money from my son and said, “12 Tacos please.” He (the manager) still refused to serve us. I asked for a card with the General/ Store managers name and his name. He got receipt paper and wrote his first name with the store number on it. My husband then stepped in and informed him of what I was looking for, whole names of store reps. I even asked for something with a letterhead and the “”Manager”” had nothing.
When my husband told the young man, “”The Manager”” he is suppose to help out if the man power is low, “”The Manager”” replied with a smirk on his face, “ I’m about to go home.”
Long story short, we drove to Monee were the establishment is not only a Taco Bell, they operate a KFC as well got Two Party Packs. long lines before closing and only 3 women working in store. One on drivethru one servicing the lobby and one preparing orders. The same 12 pack I was going to order from Park Forest Taco Bell cost $16.39 plus tax. In Monee the price is $14.99 plus tax. Same amount of crew members in both stores. I am going to meet with the Park Forest Taco Bell store manager as to why my family was refused service. If needed, I will post an update.

I order the 5 dollar box and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. Went to window paid there was no one behind me that asked me to park. After parking I noticed there were about 5 other cars waiting for there food. When I finally received my food the guy gave me the wrong order when I said where the rest of my order was he handed me a different box took the other box back and walked away. When I looked in my box my order wasn't right I had only a taco and 2 cinnamon twists. I didn't have time to go and get my order fix I had already spent 25min there and was late for work.

I normally do not eat Taco Bell but today I made a trip to treat myself to something quick and I’m never disappointed. The guy in drive through very nice and professional. I wanted to try to cheesy chalupa and OMG 😱 delicious u have to try it Overall, the food is amazing, hot and tasty oh yeah I ordered Cinnabon’s those are good if they can keep them in stock.

I pulled up to the speaker box at 11:45 in the morning and the guy tells me that they will only accept mobile orders. So rude.
After placing a mobile order, they completely messed it up. Happens every time.
