Tried the new order online promo they were offering so you just go in and pick up your sandwiches with no wait. Well I got there at the correct time and went through the drive through window. Waited 10 min before they even came to the window. then they said oh we will get those made up for you real quick. They went over and slapped something together and brought them to the window. When I got home they were not even close to what we ordered. the Italian sub only had a few slices of salami and cheese but they dumped a bunch of marinara on it. the other was a chicken, bacon sub with veggies and there was no meat at all. I called back to the store and they said they would make them again but I've had it with subway. the last several times I have gone in there the quality has really come down. The manager has been out of town and you can tell. this store is a prime location off of a highway but I don't look for them to be open very much longer with the quality and service they are giving.

This review is not for the exact store so much as it is for their terrible ordering system. I repeatedly put in my card number with ALL correct information, I even tried another card with ALL of the correct information and it continually said invalid code. And the worst part, I got it to work at first, even saw the charge pending on my cc, then it was removed, called the Subway store and they said they hadn't received it. So, I tried it again and did repeatedly for 30 minutes. I'm so irritated at this I will never eat at Subway again, there are lots of other sandwich alternatives.

Always fast service especially, since what appears to be, a new manager, took over.
Fully staffed, line moves quick, employees are always happy and helpful, food is always fresh and delicious.
Have definitely been ordering from Subway more lately!!

Just okay. Just visited this evening for take out. We asked for the freshest bread and they suggested this kind. I seriously feel like I may have fractured my teeth. The top was super hard and salty. My teeth struggled to bite into it. There was a huge piece of onion shelling in my sub and it was quite a mess. There was a group-a small rush of about 6 patrons before me ordering food. I had to ask them to clean the area before making my subs as the wrappers they make the sub on would be covered in stuff. The onion peel got past me as I was ordering 2 subs and was side tracked on the other. The inside of my sub was great, but the bread killed it and we got the same bread for both subs. I love Subway, but will probably drive to another location now, even if it's out of the way. The subway itself looked well kept but maybe it's the help. Not sure.

I ordered online to pick up curbside and specifically put curbside, not drive through. I waited 20+ minutes in the curbside pick up area for them to deliver it to my car (I had imputed my car type and color). As I saw people come and go with sandwiches, I had had enough and went inside. They told me it had been done for a while and was just sitting there. Very frustrating as I had little kids with me and it was incredibly inconvenient. Disappointing, won't do again.

The two employees on duty were more focused on socializing among themselves than fixing the food. I watched them screw up two order tickets before even getting to mine, then when I asked for a spicy Italian on a wrap the young man just took four slices of the spicy salami and a couple slices of cheese and said that was it. When my Uncle pointed out that wasn't correct he just took the remaining salami and just put it all on there. It's almost like these two people who were serving last night were trained just hours before and left to their own devices without any further mentoring.

Conveniently always out of meatballs by 6:30 PM due to the fact that it's apparently too hard to figure out how to defrost a precooked frozen item by a lazy staff. Then again that seems to be the new American business model for most service industries nowadays, poor work ethics and even worse customer service when pointed out. Your better off going across the street for better food and service even though it is a gas station. Never thought I'd live to see the day that the movie Idiocracy turned from satire to documentary.
