Bartolo's

On our week long trip to Park City Utah Bartolo was the first restaurant we decided to try and it was a great way to start with the Park City Experience. We went on a week day around noon. The atmosphere was serene and quiet. Not too busy. The wait staff was not only friendly and a good assistant at recommending food stuffs, she gave us the down low on the town and all of the wonderful things it has to offer. The quality of the food is good. The chef knows how to add flavor. They offer your typical breakfast foods with an extra spin on the flavor. The prices are reasonable for the area. Expect to spend $20-$30 per person. The Blueberry pancake was recommended to us. Aparently people come all the way from Vegas just to get it. It did not disappoint.

We got the egg frittata, and the chicken fettuccini (sort of), both of which were outstanding. The fettuccini has the most wonderful sauce with mushrooms and vegetables; truly delicious. The only negative was that they forgot the chicken in the …chicken fettuccini. Quite a big mistake, and they offered me a $3 refund once I realized it. Alas. Outside of this, the service was excellent, and they were very accommodating with our dogs on the patio. Get a pasta dish if you’re here.

This review is for breakfast only! I am not a fan of their dinner, but if you're looking for a weekday table service breakfast not only are they the only game in Kimball but they do a great job. Under $50 for two decent-sized entrees (one was salmon Benedict), side of potatoes and two coffees is pretty good for Park City. Our server even had foresight to ask if I wanted my bacon crispy! I'm deducting a star for wanting to charge extra for decaf. If I'm already buying coffee, just make an effing pot of the other and serve it. Don't try to upcharge for "Americano". Boo.

Came here for dinner one night and then breakfast immediately the next morning. This place has the best pasta in the valley, hands down - pasta had an incredible texture and so much flavor in the sauce. Dessert was wonderfully paired with a decaf double espresso. Pictured are the baked eggs from breakfast - these were SO good, the house focaccia was a dream to dip into the eggy creamy sauce.

Spent the day in Park City and wanted some good pasta for dinner. Bartolo’s is exactly what we were looking for! The pasta and focaccia are made in house from scratch. Flavors were fresh and comforting. High quality food and reasonably priced. We were excited to find out they have a location in Sugarhouse which is much closer. We will happily return next time we are wanting to go out for some delicious pasta!!

We love it here! We've only come for brunch, but you can order pretty much anything and it's delightful. I was disappointed that we didn't come early enough to get the Mussels Spaghetti, because they'd run out, because it is so so SOOO good! Perfectly steamed mussels and fresh pasta in a briny sauce-- it is delightful! My backup was the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and that was excellent as well. There was a good portion of smoked salmon, so beware that it's a little on the salty side because they add a fair amount on their grill toasted baguette slices. And the pickled red onions! Perfect for cutting into the saltiness of the salmon and richness of the sauces. My friend got the vegan breakfast bowl (like overnight oats) and that was so yummy with the figs and apple. We finished it off with a side of their breakfast potatoes with bacon-y aioli and I was happy! It was nuts when we went (weekend brunch), so it took about 5 minutes for someone to stop to seat us. Worth the wait though! The staff were professional and courteous and efficient. Update: Got the Mussels Spaghetti next time I was in. Yummy! My hubby also got the Pimavera Pappardell, which was pretty, but rather bland. There's not much of a sauce-- it's tossed in olive oil and herbs. It needed salt. We wouldn't order this again.

I wandered in here last summer for breakfast on a day trip and have been thinking about it ever since. First time back in town, I made a beeline here. It did not disappoint at all. I got the Gluten-free Savory Waffle both times and it is Devine. I don't normally eat gluten-free, but the waffle is just that good. The sauce is so delicious that I was tempted to lick my plate. The service was also great and the food came out quickly. I 100% recommend this place!
