Handle

This was a culinary highlight of our Park City vacation! The dishes were tasty and imaginative with interesting combinations of ingredients and flavors. Our server, Meg, was warm and kind and provided excellent service, and the head chef, David, came to our table to welcome us and ask about our experience. This is a MUST VISIT restaurant in Park City.

Unpretentious spot with a well thought out menu. The Hamachi Crudo was very flavorful and deliberate and highly recommended. Fresh ingredients and good composition with balanced yet bright flavors. The main courses that we had (Bolognese and Shellfish curry) were understated in comparison but also well balanced and enjoyable. The atmosphere is a little moody and quirky but fun. Service was very good. Overall this is a solid offering and worth a visit.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Handle for our anniversary dinner. The wine list has a great variety. The food was next level. We asked our server for his favorites and they did not disappoint - the kale salad, the toast ✨, the market shellfish, and mushroom bolognese. Finally… the olive oil cake per our incredible servers recco. To die for. Thank you Handle & Nick (server) for an unforgettable dining experience. My mouth is watering thinking about it.

Went to the Handle for a business dinner. The food was gorgeous and even better tasting. The sour dough toast was absolutely delicious. We had the meat and cheese tray that everyone loved. We ordered several dishes, trout, fried chicken, and prime ribeye. Everyone loved their dishes. Their fried chicken is VERY good. And the steak was one is the best we have ever had. Our server, Julius, was an absolute delight! Knowledgeable, funny, and a wonderful host. He is a gem!

Great creative meal with interesting combinations. Grilled octopus with romaine and nduja vinaigrette. Delicious but there was a very small piece of octopus. Really little. Mushroom bolognese with rigatoni was delicious. More delicious than it sounds. Pork shank with radicchio celery and watermelon slaw was delicious. Whipped ranch with horseradish was perfect accompaniment to the tender pork. Sprinkle of toasted breadcrumbs finished the dish, giving it texture.

*Rave-worthy, highlight of a trip* Handle takes dishes you think you’ve heard of and makes them unrecognizably amazing. You think you’ve tasted pasta bolognese. But, the the chefs at Handle make it with mushrooms, chile oil, truffle mascarpone, and clearly some other magic. We loved every bite and could barely make ourselves pause while devouring. You think you know steak. In fact, you’ve probably had it frequently. But, Handle’s “New York Steak” deserves an elevated name. It came covered with a jalapeño vinaigrette and salsa verde that stopped the dinner conversation for a series of “wows.” I knew I did not like Kale Salad. But, the server recommended and we ordered. And, I now need to update my view on Kale Salad. I now know I would be happy with Handle’s kale salad every night. I am still not convinced on Kale Salad anywhere else. We sat at the counter looking into the kitchen. We had fun chatting with the chefs Dave and Mike to learn a bit about where the food magic happens.
