Dunkin'

Hands down the worst service I have ever received at a DD. I ordered a drink through the mobile app and when I was a 3/4 to a mile away from the location, I clicked on the "I'm ready to pick up" button just to give them enough time to prepare my drink; it was rush hour, so I wasn't sure how busy the location would be. I get there, and there is no one behind the desk, and I hear the Mobile App receipt machine going off (the 'heads up' DD employees get that an order has been placed to ensure the timely preparation of the order), but I don't see any employees. Then I notice the gentleman is behind the swinging door cleaning something. So I tap on the countertop and say, "Hello? Excuse me?" no response. I do it again, no response. I do it again, and yet again no response. Now I am literally yelling, and this guy is just ignoring me. I continue to yell "Hello" and "Excuse me" and still nothing! Then, he looks at me through the window of the swinging door, and continues about his cleaning!! And now I'm absolutely INFURIATED! He continues to ignore me for about another 30 seconds to a minute and then FINALLY decides to come out. And then he has the audacity to say, "What, what's going on?" I was like, "I've been trying to pick up my order for the past 5 minutes; the mobile app order machine has been going off since I placed my order well over 8 minutes ago." Then he's like, "Oh, I was inside, I didn't hear." And I'm like, "Well that defeats the whole purpose of the beeping noise, as mobile app orders shouldn't take more than 2 minutes until the order is placed and is picked up. Plus, you looked through the window and saw me, yet continued to ignore me. I have a meeting to get to, and I'm running late because of you." And then he's like, "What meeting is that?" I told him, "It's none of your concern what meeting I have; I'm running late, and it's your fault." And he continued to mumble things at me under his breath, probably cursing me out. Finally got my drink and walked out of there and said I would never return even it were the last DD on earth!!

Service in this location is annoying, Rude attitude just to serve a coffee, if you don’t like your job don’t bother to go to work. This is like the 3 time I stop from work to grab a coffee and let me tell you there is a guy here that looks like he’s going to eat you alive. Always slamming things around I don’t need this thank you. I like to receive my coffee with a smile if you cannot smile to serve people don’t have a job like this this please.

I like stopping at this Dunkin location when I'm on the go. It's relatively convenient, but there is a drive-thru Starbucks next door. It's a little unique because when you enter from the Rte 17 side, it almost feels like you've entered the back of the store, which is a little weird, but they make good coffee and I will return!

Me and my best friend decided to come DD. Late night snack and we entered inside and had to wait more than 10 mins to get served funny thing no one ever came out to serve us . Worst experience ever . So disrespectful and rude to my service as a customer . Thank you I enjoyed my donuts . That's why Starbucks is number 1 in the business even though is not 24 hours . You guys are disgusting. 😊
