Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Drive thru line wasn’t moving. We get out and go inside. The place is DISGUSTING and disheveled. There’s no one working the registers. I order this chicken sandwich and it wasn’t eatable. There was no ketchup to even eat my fries. I was afraid to eat on the tables and used napkins. Burn it down and start over McDonalds!

So I’m right here in the parking lot of this McDonald’s.... after ordering my son a milk shake and a small “sweet peach slushie” for myself. After I got the slushie from the drive thru window, I was surprised by the quantity of the slushie.... it wasn’t even filled up to the top of the second top line of the cup! I asked the associate at the window... “are you sure this is how it’s supposed to be?” She answered, “this is how it came out”. What kind of answer is this? I started at her for a few seconds and she just started back....My goodness, train your people better. See the picture for the drink... took right in the parking lot right after I got it.

The staff here is nasty. The girl at the drive-thru was short, every response was a smart comment. I ended up having to deal with a manager at the window because she intentionally screwed up my order. The manager processed the transaction but did nothing to address her employee, so the kid continued to laugh and make smart remarks and you could tell she would continue to harass more customers the rest of her shift because there's no repercussions. The staff inside is nasty too, they focus on one thing at a time and ignore customers. This location is in serious need of a management overhaul and some customer service training.

The cashier was very polite but the food was horrible. I stopped by around 11pm after a busy day and couldn't believe I actually paid for that food. The fries were hard and cold. The fish sandwich tasted like it was made the day before. I asked the cashier to prepare a new order for the fries because they were hard and cold. I am more than certain the 2nd order of fries came from the same batch. I guess because it was late at night they thought they could serve anything. I was so upset about the entire experience I ended up throwing away the order while on the way home. It seemed pointless to try again and request fresh food!!! How hard could it be? Smh

This particular one sucks. I was on drive through waiting to order for over 10 min, and there were only 2 cars in front of me and one only ordered a mocha. Had a sleeping kid so couldn't go in to order. Unfortunately it's the only drive through fast food on my route on Sundays so go often. Their service sucks. They screwed up my order almost every time. Charged me for wrong items. Given me wrong items. Missed items. If you go here check your receipt and items carefully and just be warned it NOT FAST

Place is extremely run down waited for a long time at the drive thru so we decided to go in to see if it would be any faster and we were wrong. Only two employees working with NO ac, place looked dirty and the employees didn’t seem like they wanted to be there ( which I don’t blame them for feeling that way). Fries tasted awful and we had to throw them away.

Terrible experience. The staff was yelling at eachother from the back to the cash register. Laughing and joking around while customers waited. I waited 25 minutes for a mocha frappe and the manager was laughing when I asked if the machine wasn't working or something. While waiting a couple ordered 2 cheeseburgers without cheese and then came back up because they gave them buns with only slices of cheese and no meat.
