The employees do not care about the customers needs. Simple things as asking for ketchup, MOST of times they forget. And then they have the audacity to be mad at me when I ask again for the sauce I had already asked them before. I have been here many times and most of the time is like that. Today was one of a annoying day, very bad experience. I have a coupon from t-mobile Tuesday’s which is available until next Tuesday. Today is Thursday and the people in here were saying they only take that offer on Tuesday, when the app and the code clearly said I still have 4 days available with this offer.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, DON’T go there. The workers do not care about good management. They just want to do it as soon as possible, so they do not have to deal with you.

This is the closest Wendy’s to me near Maywood NJ. Is happen now a few times that when make a mobile order after 10pm (only drive thru open) I’m on line for well over 45 minutes 🤯. Not sure why this is happening. Problem is once you are inside the drive thru circle, no way out ❌. Honestly, this is be on crazy, no way I will ever do this again… Wendy’s let make this better, something is obviously wrong at this location…

We used the drive through and must say the person taking the orders was friendly, funny and prompt. The food came out in time and when we ate it, it was hot which is appreciated. I had the Asiago chicken and was very satisfied

Updated 7/30/21: the interior is updated and has a fresh clean and open feel, and there are some changes to promote social distancing so step inside next time and see the improvements.
Good for lunch dinner and late night fast food - they are open until 2AM. There is enough parking and seating to handle the volume of business they do, though sometimes there is a bit of a line during peak times. As with other fast food places, you will get priority at the drive-thru line.
The burgers are a little better than McDonalds but if you want to step up to a much higher level you'll have to go to 5Guys or SmashBurger.
The staff is friendly and the food is up to the usual Wendy's quality.

Two cars in front of me one of them was ordering and one of them was already at the window took 30 minutes to get my order. Asked for no onions and reminded them three times. Guess what I got onions. Fries tasted like they were made 3 hours ago. Stay Away

This is a bad bad bad experience. Cannot order from kiosk, fine. Told me to use mobile app, fine but can't find it. Ask if I can pay with card, no? That's big no no. And it seems happen again again and again. Get it fixed , please

Normally the cars are backed up at the drive thru of this location. Tonight there weren't a lot of cars, but the service is awfully slow. The fries were inedible - it's like eating uncooked penne pasta. It's a letdown since Wendy's are known for good fries. Tonight's staff wasn't the best.

Always good. Definitely a well run Wendy’s thank you to the staff that is always there for me when I need some quick Wendy’s.
