Terrible service I go to the school near the mall and evrey time i come here the people are incredibly rude! Today I went & ordered an iced coffee with cream & liquid sugar…they put 3 cream and 3 cane sugar in this drink i almost spit it out!! When i asked him nicely to remake the drink he started yelling at me! He said “cane sugar is sweet!! This is what you wanted!!” I said you put three in here! I didn’t ask for three please remake it and put only 1..The man angrily took my drink away…added slightly more coffee then tried to give it back to me instead of making me a new drink! I just took it because i needed to get back to class but i will NEVER go to this location again!!

Store associates are not friendly, orders are never made correctly, no store phone number, inventory is not updated so when u order to go and finally pick up they tell you then, they give a hard time returning since they don’t have the item, and do not practice sanitize and safety with food items using bare hands

Very small but convenient store located at the Target end of the mall. Just two tables but places to sit in the mall. Decent selection of donuts and other baked goods. You may, or may not, be satisfied with service depending on who happens to be waiting on you. Some of their employees have a bad attitude. And if you have any questions regarding the DD app don't bother asking. They just shrug their shoulders like idiots. Poor training, I guess.

WARNING: Not Deaf friendly This happened pre-covid, before the mask mandate. Ordered a medium mocha by typing it out on my phone: drink, size, no whipped cream. I wasnt expecting the cashier to say anything except he did. I couldn't hear that one sentence and said, what? He angrily said, anything else?!? Now I'm questioning if he got my order right since I couldn't hear the order. Bf came in, saw my face and asked what happened. The cashier kept trying to dimiss the whole thing, saying nothing happened. He asked to see manager, who then started gaslighting me by repeatedly saying "oh, he wasnt yelling. She heard wrong" Somehow that changed to "talk to me outside" as in fight me tone. I didnt even say anything? I am a Deaf woman and they were 2 abled male with accents. I have encountered so many ignorant people, but they set the bar as they are the first to resort to violence. Not suprised, but I guess there are people who will go extreme length to not be accessible. Update: I filed compliant with the corporate and the store owner emailed back, asking for my address to send me $5 giftcard...
