7-eleven

Hello, This is regarding store # 33319 located at 8502 E. Alondra blvd. Paramount, Ca 90723. At approximately 9:30 I walked into the store and headed over to the coffee station, realizing there were no cups, I then walked over to the register and asked the store clerk if they were serving coffee. He said yes, the cups are right here. After a long pause I asked if I could have one, he asked me what size, I said small. He placed the cup on the counter and said it would be $1.99. As I was swiping my card, I said, the prices must've went up. At that moment there was a man behind me and the clerk said to him, "Come on, shes talking too much." As I started to leave the counter I told the clerk, all I said was, the prices must've went up. He then yelled at me and said, "If you dont like it, dont drink it." I walked away and proceeded to get my coffee, realizing he gave me a medium cup and looking at the receipt, seeing a charge for a medium cup even though I asked for a small. Suddenly it made sense why the price was different. Not saying another word, I retrieved my coffee and left. I am embarrassed and appalled at the way I was treated this morning. I've been going to 7-11 for my coffee every morning for many years. I've never come to this particular 7-11 and as a result, will not be returning. The service I received was terrible. This man's customer service skills were awful. He was flat out rude. And it seemed as though he was showing out to this other customer by being disrespectful to me. According to the receipt, it looks like his name is Maestro. I'm sure I'm not the only one he treated this way.

Horrible experience lately. Being buying at that 7-eleven for years now. Today I went with my youngest daughter for a slurpee and the female cashier was overall rude. She gave us the wrong flavor of slurpee and I told her that was not the flavor I wanted but because she never gave me my own receipt, I didn't know about the refund policy until she disrespectfully told me. She has been rude to us lately

I recommend you not come here. Take your business to another 7 eleven. The cashier, a woman, was the rudest person I've met in a long time. She was talking badly about another customer (an old man) in there who was asking questions. And then when me and my partner paid, she was making snide rude remarks toward him. She is ghetto and rude.

Horrible experience at 711 I went there 1 o'clock in the morning looking for some an antacid medicine to relieve my heartburn and the guy at the back working said they didn't have what I was asking about I said ok . I need something at the front counter I went up to the counter and waited for a minute . Had to call him up to the counter after he helped me I said thank you have a good night he gave me a dirty look and stuck his earphones back in his ears and walked away. Customer service is somewhat lacking.
