Domino's Pizza

I've always been satisfied with Domino's food and service. My one and only issue is and has ever been is with the downloaded app. It is not intuitive and continues to be and exercise in frustration and futility. Without exception, every use drains my patience, unrecognized identity has resulted in multiple accounts and each requiring a new password that is also unrecognized.. Amazingly, using the actual website seems to work fine without fail ... Eh .. Such is life ..

By far the worst dominos I’ve ever had to deal with. I waited almost 2 hours before cancelling my order. First I called after an hour because the tracker stated they were still prepping it. I called several times and waited a long time before they answered. They said they were barely going to start making it. After the 2nd hour it still remained at prepping. I called again to cancel and waited about 15 min before they answered. A young lady answered. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and she told me to wait and hung up on me. I called back and she answered laughing and told me she forgot to tell me she cancelled the order. Extremely unprofessional.

I wish I can give them zero Stars. Submit any online order at 6:02pm got a confirmation email at 6:13pm. Waited until 7:40 to call the store to check on the progress. Young gentleman td me it's coming out of the oven now and the next driver will take it out. Over a hour later still no food, called and talked to shift lead a lady with no customer service skills said they are only down to one driver. Do not order from this store, drive to another store to order and pick it up. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow asking for the store on Paramount Blvd in Paramount be closed.

2022: one big downside i didn't notice, when you order a 3 typing pizza, the normal cheese is considered a topping, so you really only get a 2 topping pizza. I'm surprised they don't consider the dough and sauce a topping, after i tried to order. Horrible bait and switch. Normally it would be dough, sauce and cheese, then the next would be toppings, like extra cheese or pepperoni. Times have changed. 2021: A rather great domino's, I've only had one bad experience, where they knew they made my pizza but it surprisingly disappeared. Then i had to wait an extra 30 minutes. If this is the closest, i would recommend but if you're between this and another Domino's, you might be better off, going with the other.

That was horrible!! I order 2 chicken sandwiches online using the app & my phone send me a notification saying that my order is ready & when I got to the location the cashier said it wasn't ready my order yet, the senior just let me waiting 5 more minutes until my food gets ready but, my sandwich was only bread, cheese, jalapeño & pineapple 🤦🏻‍♂️ wheres the chicken ? 🤷🏻‍♂️ if u gonna get a sandwich I rather go to eat on subway & it's even more cheaper.
