Window Bar

We were skeptical of a hotel lobby bar, but every drink we had was really well crafted and kind of unexpected! Also a lively vibe that was nice for pre-dinner drinks. Drinks: - espresso martini: the bartender whipped this up for me on my request, and it was very good. A bit on the sweet end but still very tasty. - vaccine: such a delicious drink! You can smell the miso and it adds a salty and savory kick to the sweetness in the drink - forgot the name of the last one but it has a persimmon and mango shrub + lavender. It was really good! The lavender perfectly compliments the fruity flavors in a way I didn’t expect.

Gorgeous views of the mountains – perfect for sunset. Cozy lounge off the lobby, with mid-century style, a nice fireplace, and comfortable seating. Tasty little bites (we had a fantastic chop salad and crab pasta, along with a fun take on bar nuts). Well-conceived cocktails, and a really great spirits list (especially thoughtful whiskey selection). We almost stayed at the Kimpton on this trip, and opted not to at the last minute – our experience at this bar makes us wish we had, just so we could have spent more time here.
