Dunkin'

We have been coming to this store for 4-5 years. Have spent a lot of money here. Multiple of us coming atleast once a day some days more then once. My girlfriend was a shift leader here & my brother worked here also. We are never ones to complain we drink the drinks when they are made wrong or throw them away. Today the new manager hands us our coffee like this. Very simple drink & shouldn’t be sent out the window like this. He offered to remake it & this is what he handed us the same drink uncorrected. We went inside & a employee refused to make it right & hands us creamers so that when I got home I had to make the drink right myself. We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru

I went to get a coffee before work and about half way through my coffee I go to take a sip and see a piece of HAIR at the bottom of my coffee. I thought it was on the outside but it was on inside. So I try calling them MANY TIMES and no answer. So after 6 times they finally answer and I explain it to them and the lead answers with “so what do you want us to do” so I say “ i don’t know anything you can do” and no answer and he hangs up the phone. I never seen such a unprofessional shift lead.

I have not been to this Dunkin in some time. Mostly because they kept watering down the iced coffee and skimp on the cream. Today I needed a last minute on the fly breakfast. I told myself "don't get a Iced Coffee, you will regret it". So I thought to myself what can't they mess up. I know! A toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. Well I'll let the picture speak for it self. OH... and then it was very stale and not toasted fresh. Back to boycotting this Dunkin, the girl taking orders and payment in the drive through was as sweet as can be, she kept you from getting 1 star.

I’m on my way back to Massachusetts and my son with autism was hungry so I decided to stop at the closes location possible. Here I am the guy that took my order was wonderful. No one called my number they just threw the back. So I’m like hey we’re my order he like it looks like someone stole it. So he lets them know in the back. I wait about 15-20 I get question about my order again at this point I’m like I’ll pay again if it’s gonna get my food fast that I just paid so stressful. Kids with autism need special love and attention. And I try my best to always me his expectations I could help to feel like I fail. And could get him what he wanted to eat. Egg and cheese wraps and pancakes he loves it hard to get him to try new things.

Went through drive thru with order for 8 drinks. Lids on hot drinks were not tightly applied and cups were leaking before they were handed out the window. I attempted to tighten the lids and one came completely off. This is not the first time this has happened, and I usually have smaller orders. On the upside, the employee who took my order was efficient and helpful.

My family and I used to come to this dunkin all the time but recently the drinks/coffee we have been getting are either not filled fully or overly sweeten, we aren’t the type to complain either but after today I had to leave a review. The attitudes of the manger and employees are terrible, they could not care less about the customers hopefully new management/ better training will be established. Until then never coming back or supporting this place. Service and management deserves 0 stars.

While waiting in the drive through at the window we spent several minutes listening to what I assume is the manager yelling at en employee for a simple mistake. Then we received our food which should have been hot but was ICE COLD. Worst location in Palm Coast. It’s always something at this location better off going across town for better quality and service.
