We have always loved it here, but someone dropped the ball when they got rid of the buns. They make it easier to eat the sandwich with instead of the toast. Please fix so I can go back to giving you 5 stars. My husband is threatening to take our business to zaxbys if there isn't any difference between the 2 places anymore. Sadness

Stopped for dinner. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved it.

I can't think of a bad thing from my visit. The food was prepared fresh and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a buffalo chicken box which has 5 strips, fries, coleslaw and a drink. Everything was made to perfection. The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained.

You will likely have a wait, but it's worth it! Food hot every time, cooked to order. Employees are so friendly and accommodating.

Chicken is always fresh. To go orders are best called in to pick up. About 15 minute wait on food at drive through. Great customer service. They did go up on their prices. The chicken got bigger. The food is pretty consistent. Price needs to stay affordable because it is just chicken fingers. Not really fancy or different recipes. Just their chicken fingers.

Guthries is great. It can be a little slow at times, even if you're the only one there. But it is what it is. I love that someone posted a picture of the squirrel. Little guy has been there for years. If you're lucky enough you may catch him sitting on the outside of the window. My son loves it when he's there.

We miss the location in Pensacola, but still make the drive as it is worth it for the good taste of fresh food.
