Verr poor management. We have had 4 different occasions our sausage was cold. Food is very hit or miss. Always out of something. Been out of eggs for over a week.

The customer service was not good at all. My husband also found a hair in his fries 🤢. The food is hit or miss when we go. A lot of times we have went the food wasn't even warm. Sometimes we go it's really good. So I guess it's a eat at your own risk.

They messed up my order of one standard Swiss dip and their new Swiss dip with brisket and bacon. They forgot the au jus for both sandwiches making them a moot point. The assistant manager Melissa was a doll and the next day, replaced both sandwiches free of charge. Actually she redid the whole order free of charge. Excellent customer service and the food was great! That's how it's done folks! Kudos to Melissa and her crew! Many, many restaurants, especially fast food could take lessons from her. And she was sweet as could be. Thank you!

This is the quality one can expect when eating here, you would think for a $10.00 dollar sandwich you get something that doesn't look like a dam elephant sat on it. Not to mention fries were cold and half of them looked like the leftovers from the bottom of the bin

My husband and I had went to Florida. On the way back we stopped for dinner. The food was hot, fresh and so very good. The people were awesome and even offered to heat up our cookie and turnover. They don't do that here in Indiana. My sandwich was very fresh and the potato cakes were hot and had an amazing crunch to them, not soggy or oily. If I lived closer this would be the arby's I would go to all the time. It was wonderful.
