Their chocolate milkshakes are far better than the McDonald's milkshakes. And well worth the money. Dairy Queen has never failed when it comes to the chocolate milkshakes and the other fine foods they make.

My sister, niece & myself all had the chicken strip combo. Afterwards we all ordered blizzards. I was impressed w/the quality of the food & they had no problem giving us extra gravy w/our meals!

Tried to order in the drive-thru today on 6/22/2022 @ 2:45pm. The voice through the speaker kept talking a mile a minute like an auctioneer, yelling "Sir! Sir? Sir!" like a parrot with Tourette Syndrome instead of listening to my order.
When I tried to order a vanilla ice cream sundae she asked "Sir! Sir! What flavor Sir???" When I repeated "vanilla" she asked "Vanilla-? You want vanilla-???" as if sje'd never heard of that.
I finally just said 'Thank you' and left.

If I could give a 0, I definitely would . I pulled up their store online and looked at food and deals and it plainly states $6 Bacon Cheeseburger Meal . My co worker took my card there and ordered my Meal Deal and I got charged $12.52 .. I went to the store to get it corrected and was told that they don't honor that meal deal even though it is on the website for the Ozark location.
They called the Owner and he would not allow them to make it right. Food is not good. Customer Service is the WORST I have ever seen!!! Take your money somewhere else!!!! Especially for a $13 lunch (Meal Deal)

I was supposed to get a Winters Dream ice cream cake from this Dairy Queen for my birthday, but got a Winter Mess done by a 3 year old! What the heck! If you can't decorate it don't offer it!

My husband and I visit this dairy queen and a young none counting boy was there and he was very rude and disrespectful they need to fire him because he is very unprofessional and rude I will give this dairy queen no stars if there was a option this place SUCKS!!!!!
